8.2.2.15 Switching Transformer Considerations, RVCC and CCC2

RVCC helps to reduce peak charging from the bias winding. Reduced peak charging becomes especially important when tuning hiccup mode operation during output overload. A typical value for RVCC in Class 3 PoE PD applications while maintaining a suitable load regulation is 10 ohms.
