Switching Characteristics

At 1.9V ≤ VDD ≤ 42V, CTS = CTR = Open, RESET Voltage (VRESET) = 100kΩ to VDD, RESET load = 50pF, and over the operating free-air temperature range of –40°C to 125°C, unless otherwise noted. Typical values are at TA = 25°C.
MIN NOM MAX UNIT
tD Reset time delay CTR = Open 250 µs
tCTR Reset time delay CTR = 0.1uF 300 ms
tCTR Reset time delay CTR = 3.52uF 10 s
tSD Startup delay(1) 300 µs
During the power-on sequence, VDD must be at or above VDD (MIN) for at least tSD + tD + tCTR before the output is in the correct state.
