Power Supply Recommendations

The TPS51375 is intended to be powered by a well-regulated DC voltage. The input voltage range is 4.5V to 24V. The TPS51375 is a buck converter. The input supply voltage must be greater than the desired output voltage for proper operation. Input supply current must be appropriate for the desired output current. If the input voltage supply is located far away from the TPS51375 circuit, TI recommends some additional input bulk capacitance. Typical values are 100μF to 470μF.
