7.3.10 Thermal Shutdown

The device monitors the internal die temperature. If this temperature exceeds the thermal shutdown threshold value (TSDN typically 165°C) the device shuts off. This protection is a non-latch protection. The device re-starts switching when the temperature goes below the thermal shutdown threshold and 20°C hysterisis.
