7.3.4 Output Discharge Control

When the EN pin voltage falls below the enable threshold voltage and/or ON_OFF bit is reset via PMBus according to the setting in OPERATION command, the TPS53819A discharges output capacitor using internal MOSFET connected between the VOUT pin and the GND pin while the high-side and low-side MOSFETs are maintained in the OFF state. The typical discharge resistance is 40 Ω.
