7.3.4.3 Programmable PVIN UVLO

Two PMBus commands (Section 7.6.28 and Section 7.6.29) allow the user to set PVIN voltage turn-on and turn-off thresholds independently, with 0.25-V resolution from 2.75 V to 15.75 V (6-bit) for Section 7.6.28 and from 2.5 V to 15.5 V (6-bit) for Section 7.6.29.

Note: If Section 7.6.29 is programmed higher than Section 7.6.28, the TPS546D24S rapidly switches between enabled and disabled while PVIN remains below Section 7.6.29. Propagation delays between enable and disable can result in the converter starting Section 7.6.49 and Section 7.6.53 in such conditions.
