7.4.6 Operation with CNTL and (01h) OPERATION Control

According to the value in the Section 7.6.3 command, the TPS546D24S devices can be commanded to require both a CNTRL signal from the EN/UVLO pin, and the Section 7.6.2 command to enable or disable regulation.
