The PHASE command provides the ability to configure, control, and monitor multiple phases on one PMBus unit. Included as a standard command. The value reflects the stack position STACK_POSITION<1:0> as stored in (D6h) STACK_CONFIG - reflecting the effect of PMBus updates or setting the OVRD_STACK_POS bit in PIN_DETECT_OVERRIDE.
