8.2.2.4 Selecting Filter Resistor and Capacitor

TI recommends an additional R-C filter be added for low ripple applications. The filter parameters is characterized based on the ripple requirement. Typically, use a 100-Ω and 0.1-µF filter to reduce the switching output ripple.
