PRODUCTION DATA.
The device has a thermal shutdown function which turns off the converter if the junction temperature is greater than 150°C. The device automatically turns on the converter again when the junction temperature is less than 130°C. You can still use the I2C interface to read and write to the registers when the device is in an overtemperature condition.
When the device detects an overtemperature condition, it sets the TSD bit in the Status register to 1. The device clears the TSD bit to 0 if you read the Status register when the junction temperature of the device is less than 130°C.
