A thermal shutdown is implemented to prevent damage because of excessive heat or power dissipation. Once the junction temperature exceeds a typical value of 150 ºC, all outputs are set to high-impedance. This state is latched. VGH must fall below the falling UVLO (3.5 V) to reset the thermal shutdown.
