The TPS7A05 is a ultra-low IQ linear voltage regulator that is optimized for excellent transient performance. These characteristics make the TPS7A05 ideal for most battery-powered applications.

This low-dropout regulator (LDO) offers foldback current limit, shutdown, thermal protection, and optional active discharge.
