Excellent Transient Response

The TPS7A11 responds quickly to a transient on the input supply (line transient) or the output current (load transient) resulting from the device high input impedance and low output impedance across frequency. This same capability also means that the device has a high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and low internal noise floor (en). The LDO approximates an ideal power supply with outstanding line and load transient performance.

The choice of external component values optimizes the small- and large-signal response; see the Section 8.1.2 section for proper capacitor selection.
