7.1 Overview

The TPS7A6201-Q1 device is a monolithic, low-dropout linear voltage regulator with programmable output voltage and integrated fault protection. This voltage regulator is designed for low power consumption and quiescent current less than 25 µA in light-load applications.

This device is available in the 5-pin package option TO-263 (D2PAK/TO-263).
