7.1 Overview

The TPS7A65-Q1 is a monolithic low-dropout linear voltage regulator designed for low-power consumption and quiescent current less than 25 µA in light-load applications. Because of an integrated fault protection, this device is well-suited in power supplies for various automotive applications.

This device is available in two fixed-output-voltage versions as follows:

  • 5-V output version (TPS7A6550-Q1)
  • 3.3-V output version (TPS7A6533-Q1)
