Tracker Output Voltage (VOUT)

This device is a tracking LDO; thus, with sufficient VIN (≥3 V) applied, the output voltage is determined by the voltage provided to the ADJ/EN pin. The LDO remains disabled as long as VADJ/EN is less than VIL. When VADJ/EN exceeds VIH, the output begins to rise to the voltage on the ADJ/EN pin. The output rises linearly as determined by the load, the output capacitor, and the current limit. When the voltage reaches the level on the ADJ/EN pin, the output voltage remains within 5 mV from the voltage set on the ADJ/EN pin over all specified operating conditions.
