7.3.14 Safe Start-up into Pre-Biased Outputs

The TPSM41615 device has been designed to prevent the low-side MOSFET from discharging a pre-biased output. During pre-biased start-up, the low-side MOSFET is not allowed to sink current until the SS/TR pin voltage is higher than the FB pin voltage and the high-side MOSFET begins to switch.
