The VOUT_ MIN command sets a lower bound on the output voltage to which the unit can be commanded, regardless of any other commands or combinations. The intent of this command is to provide a safeguard against a user accidentally setting the output voltage to a possibly destructive level rather than to be the primary output under voltage protection. VOUT_MIN is a VID format command, and must be accessed through Read Word/Write Word transactions. VOUT_MIN is a paged register. In order to access VOUT_MIN for channel A, PAGE must be set to 00h. In order to access the VOUT_MIN register for channel B, PAGE must be set to 01h. For simultaneous access of channels A and B, the PAGE command must be set to FFh.
If an attempt is made to program the output voltage lower than the limit set by this command, the device:
