9.2.2.2.3 Full Adaptive Equalization

In Full AEQ mode, the TUSB1146 will always determine the best settings regardless if the channel is short, long or somewhere in between. The Full AEQ feature is disabled by default. Full AEQ is enabled when AEQ_MODE = 1 and AEQ_EN = 0x1 or 0x3.
