8.3.6.3 IOVDD

IOVDD is the digital I/O supply voltage pin for the device. IOVDD is internally regulated to 1.25 V to supply power to the digital core. Bypass IOVDD to DGND with a parallel combination of 1-µF and 0.1-µF capacitors. The voltage level of IOVDD is independent of the analog supply configuration.
