7.2.6.10 Update Status

The Update Status register indicates the status of the Impedance Track algorithm.

UPDATE STATUSSTATUS
0x02Qmax and Ra data are learned, but Impedance Track is not enabled. This should be the standard setting for a Golden Image File.
0x04Impedance Track is enabled but Qmax and Ra data are not yet learned.
0x05Impedance Track is enabled and only Qmax has been updated during a learning cycle.
0x06Impedance Track is enabled. Qmax and Ra data are learned after a successful learning cycle. This should be the operation setting for end equipment.

This register should only be updated by the device during a learning cycle or when the IT_ENABLE() subcommand is received. Refer to the Preparing Optimized Default Flash Constants for Specific Battery Types Application Report (SLUA334B).
