8.2.3 EOS Mode Load Pulse Synchronization

For correct data updates in EOS mode, the device operation needs to be synchronized with the pulsed load on the battery. Typically, this is managed by the system host MCU, but additionally it can be managed by an external detection circuit. An example of this alternative approach is detailed in TI Designs: TIDA-01546: Battery and System Health Monitoring of Battery Powered Smart Flow Meters Reference Design (TIDUDO5).
