7.3.4 DMD Voltage Supplies

The micromirrors switching requires unique voltage levels to control the mechanical switching. These voltages levels are nominally 16 V, 8.5 V, and –10 V (VBIAS, VOFFSET, and VRESET). The specification values for VBIAS, VOFFSET, and VRESET are shown in Recommended Operating Conditions.
