MSP430F524xシリーズは、4つの16ビット・タイマ、高性能の10ビットADC、2つのUSCI、ハードウェア乗算器、DMA、コンパレータ、アラーム機能付きのRTCモジュールを搭載した構成のマイクロコントローラです。
MSP430F523xシリーズのマイクロコントローラには、MSP430F524xシリーズのペリフェラルのうち、ADC以外のすべてが含まれています。
