3 概要

SN74LV244A-Q1 オクタル・バッファおよびライン・ドライバは、2V～5.5V の VCC で動作するように設計されています。

本デバイスは、4 つのドライバを持つ 2 つのバンクで構成されており、各バンクは専用の出力イネーブル・ピンで制御されます。このデバイスは、Ioff を使用する部分的パワーダウン・アプリケーション用の動作が完全に規定されています。Ioff 回路が出力をディスエーブルにするので、電源切断時にデバイスに電流が逆流して損傷に至ることを回避できます。
