ΔVOC Change in magnitude of common-mode output voltage(3) VCC = MIN or MAX, RL = 100Ω,

IO Output current with power off VCC = 0, VO = 6V 0.1 100 μA
VO = –0.25V –0.1 –100
VO = –0.25 to 6V ±100
II Input current at maximum input voltage VCC = MAX, VI = 5.5V 1 mA
IIH High-level input current VCC = MAX, VI = 2.4V 40 μA
IIL Low-level input current VCC = MAX, VI = 0.4V –1 –1.6 mA
IOS Short-circuit output current(5) VCC = MAX, –40 –90 –150 mA
ICC Supply current (both drivers) VCC = MAX,
TA = 25°C,
Inputs grounded,
No load
37 50 mA
For conditions shown as MIN or MAX, use the appropriate value specified under Recommended Operating Conditions.
All typical values are at VCC = 5 V and TA = 25°C except for VOC, for which VCC is as stated under test conditions.
ΔVOD and Δ|VOC| are the changes in magnitudes of VOD and VOC, respectively, that occur when the input is changed from a high level to a low level.
In ANSI Standard EIA/TIA-422-B, VOC, which is the average of the two output voltages with respect to ground, is called output offset voltage, VOS.
Only one output should be shorted at a time, and duration of the short circuit should not exceed one second.
