TLV237x単一電源オペアンプには、レール・ツー・レール入力および出力機能があります。TLV237xは、最低2.7Vの電源電圧で動作し、拡張工業用温度範囲に対応し、レール・ツー・レール出力機能が追加されています。TLV237xは、わずか550μAの消費電流で、3MHzの帯域幅に対応します。推奨の最大電源電圧は16Vで、各種の充電可能セルにより動作できます(±8V電源から、最低±1.35Vまで)。
CMOS入力により、高インピーダンスのセンサ・インターフェイスを使用でき、低電圧での動作から、バッテリ駆動のアプリケーションにおいてTLC227xの代替品として理想的です。レール・ツー・レール入力段により、さらに多用途に使用可能です。TLV237xは、TIから続々と新製品が販売されているRRIOデバイスの7番目の製品で、最高16Vのレールから優れたAC性能で動作する最初の製品です。
すべての製品がPDIPおよびSOICで供給され、シングルは小型のSOT-23パッケージ、デュアルはMSOP、クワッドはTSSOPパッケージで供給されます。TLV237xは2.7Vで動作するため、リチウムイオン・バッテリ駆動のシステムや、TIのMSP430など、現在利用可能な多くのMicropowerマイクロコントローラの動作電源電圧範囲と互換です。
