9.3.1 Design Requirements

In this application design, the TLV810E device is monitoring a 3 V battery connected to a battery charger. The battery charger turns on when the battery voltage is below 2.93 V and turns off once the battery charges to
2.96 V and remains above 2.96 V for at least 200 ms. The design must be low power and not consume more than 500 nA typical.
