The Device Speed Register indicates the device speed grade. The Device Speed Register is shown in Figure 8-18 and described in Table 8-20.

(1) Device will initially boot up at 850 MHz. As part of the secondary boot loader, device PLL must be reprogrammed to a lower frequency if you are using a 750 MHz or 600 MHz device.
