9.2.1.2.2 Discharged Battery

Connecting EN to ground sets the part active at all times. OVP and UVLO are always active, even when the system battery is fully discharged. In the case of a discharged system battery, VBUS_SYS can be used to power the system when a source with voltage between VUVLO and VOVP is attached to VBUS_CON.
