7.1 Overview

The TPD2E2U06-Q1 device is a TVS ESD protection diode array with low capacitance. It is rated to dissipate ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard. The 1.5-pF line capacitance makes it ideal for protecting interfaces such as USB 2.0, LVDS, antenna, and I2C.
