8.3.4.2 Short-to-Battery and Open-Load Detection

The TPS274C65CP is capable of detecting short-to-battery and open-load events when the switch is in the OFF state if the DIAG_EN is high. The fault will be report to STx pin. The feature can be turned off by pulling the DIAG_EN pin low. The detection threshold will be when VOUT > VWB_OFF_TH.
