7.3.1 VIN Pins and VIN UVLO

The VIN pin voltage supplies the internal control circuits of the device and provides the input voltage to the power stage. The input voltage for VIN can range from 4 V to 18 V. The device implements internal UVLO circuitry on the VIN pin. The device is disabled when the VIN pin voltage falls below the internal VIN UVLO threshold. The internal VIN UVLO threshold has a hysteresis of 150 mV. A voltage divider connected to the EN pin can adjust the input voltage UVLO as appropriate. See Section 7.3.2 for more details.
