SLUSF27 November 2023 TPS546B24S
PRODUCTION DATA
The TPS546B24S devices can operate in programming mode when AVIN and VDD5 are powered above their lower UVLO but VDD5 and PVIN are not powered above their UVLO to enable conversion. In programing mode, the TPS546B24S accepts and responds to PMBus commands but does not enable switching or conversion. While PMBus commands can be accepted and processed with VDD5 lower than 3 V, NVM programming through the (15h) STORE_USER_ALL command must not be used when VDD5 is less than 3 V.
Programming mode allows the TPS546B24S to complete POR and to be configured through PMBus from a 3.3-V supply without PVIN present.
