6.3.1 Tracker Output Voltage (VOUT)

Because this device is a tracking LDO, the output voltage is determined by the voltage provided to the ADJ/EN pin. The LDO remains disabled as long as VADJ/EN is less than VIL. When VADJ/EN exceeds VIH, the output voltage VOUT begins to rise. The device has a soft-start feature incorporated, which allows the output voltage to rise linearly and limits the in-rush current at start-up. After start-up and upon attaining steady state, the feedback pin voltage VFB remains within ±6 mV from the voltage set on the ADJ/EN pin over all specified operating conditions.
