6.3.7.4 Overtemperature Protection

The TPS92620-Q1 device monitors device junction temperature. When the junction temperature reaches thermal shutdown threshold T(TSD), the output shuts down. After the junction temperature falls below T(TSD) – T(TSD_HYS), the device recovers to normal operation. During overtemperature protection, the FAULT pin is pulled low.
