8.3.3 Adjustable Output Voltage

The output voltage is set by an external resistor divider. The resistor divider must be connected between VOUT, FB, and GND. The feedback voltage is given by VFB. The recommended low-side resistor R2 (between FB and GND) is below 100 kΩ. The high-side resistor R1 (between FB and VOUT) is calculated by Equation 1.

Equation 1. R1 = R2 × (VOUT / VFB - 1)

The typical VFB voltage is 0.5 V.
