Design Requirements

The TS5A3167 device can be properly operated without any external components.

Unused pin may be left floating or connected to ground.

TI recommends pulling up the digital control pin (IN) to VCC or pulling down to GND to avoid undesired switch positions that could result from the floating pin. A floating digital pin could cause excess current consumption refer to Implications of Slow or Floating CMOS Inputs.
