7.5.1 DESAT Protection with Soft Turn-OFF

DESAT function is used to detect VDS for SiC-MOSFETs or VCE for IGBTs under over current conditions. #SLUSD436438 shows the timing diagram of DESAT operation with soft turn-off during the turning on transition.
