8.3.3.1 Buck-Boost Converter Outputs

The Buck-Boost converter can be used to provide power to the current output stage or the voltage output stage by enabling the Buck-Boost converter and connecting the power supplies as shown in Figure 100. Additional passive filters can optionally be added between the Schottky diode and input supply pins (VPOS_IN and VNEG_IN) to attenuate the ripple feeding into the VPOS_IN and VNEG_IN pin.
