The purpose of the output discharge function
is to make sure of a defined down-ramp of the output voltage
when the device is disabled and to keep the output voltage close
to 0V. The output discharge is active when the enable output
discharge bit is set to 1 and the EN pin is pulled low, when the
Input voltage is below the UVLO threshold, or during thermal
shutdown. The discharge is active down to an input voltage of
1.6V (typical). The enable output discharge bit is reset on the
rising edge of the EN pin.
