J3 and J4: I2C Address Hardware Setting (A0)

Jumpers J3 and J4 are used to set the hardware setting for the A0 I2C address pin on the INA230. Through J3, the user can set the A0 address to either a logic '1' or a logic '0'. Through J4, the user can set the A0 to either the SCL or SDA communication line. Make sure to only have either J3 or J4 connected individually; failure to keep these lines separate can lead to board shorts and problems with the I2C communication lines. See Section 5.2.1 on how to configure the INA230EVM software to match the J3/J4 hardware setting.
