PRODUCTION DATA
Input full-scale voltage (VFS) adjustment is available, in fine increments, for each analog input through the FS_RANGE_A register setting (see the INA full-scale range adjust register) and FS_RANGE_B register setting (see the INB full-scale range adjust register) for INA± and INB±, respectively. The available adjustment range is specified in the Electrical Characterization: DC Specifications table. Larger full-scale voltages improve SNR and noise floor (in dBFS/Hz) performance, but can degrade harmonic distortion. The full-scale voltage adjustment is useful for matching the full-scale range of multiple ADCs when developing a multi-converter system or for external interleaving of multiple ADC12DJ5200RF's to achieve higher sampling rates.
