6.4.2 Supplemental Content

For the device to function in accordance with the relevant specifications, the user needs to download the latest version of the firmware for the device (see section on receiving notification of documentation and firmware updates). If the latest version of the firmware is not downloaded and incorporated into the device, then the device is provided “as is” and TI makes no warranty or representation whatsoever in respect of such device, and disclaims any and all warranties and representations with respect to such device.
