Setting Output Voltage Using External Feedback Configuration

In the External Feedback configuration (see Table 2-3), the output voltage is set by the resistor divider network of R2 (RFBT) and R5 (RFBB). The FB pin is regulated to the 0.5V reference voltage (VREF). To change the output voltage, adjust the values of resistors R2 and R5. The recommended R5 value is 10kΩ, but the range can be from 1kΩ to 15kΩ. The value of R2 for a specific output voltage can be calculated using Equation 3. After changing R2, the feed-forward capacitor (C29) must also be adjusted accordingly.
