Transfer Characteristic

The transfer characteristic of the servo noise transfer follows the specifications defined in the G.8283.2 for Class A and B. During the test, time information contained in the PTP event messages varied in a sinusoidal pattern with the frequency linearly increased by the Calnex Paragon X device used in testing. The result of this test is shown in a bode diagram in Figure 3-5 with the specification compliance limit lines illustrated in red.
