Adjustable output voltage and MODE select

At room temperature, the LMR36503MSCEEVM can support the full 300mA load at the maximum input voltage of 65V. At higher temperatures, such as 150°C ambient, the input voltage needs to be derated to a maximum of 20V to prevent the IC from entering thermal shutdown. At a input voltage of 20V and a load of 300mA at 150°C ambient temperature, the EVM does not exhibit thermal shutdown until the case temperature reaches 154°C ambient temperature with no forced air cooling.
