10 DWARF

The C28x uses the DWARF Debugging Information Format Version 3, also known as DWARF3, to represent information for a symbolic debugger in object files. DWARF3 is documented in http://www.dwarfstd.org/doc/Dwarf3.pdf. This section augments that standard by specifying parts of the representation that are specific to the C28x.
