3.1.1 Internal LDOs for IO groups

The processor includes seventeen internal LDOs, with the output of each connected to a pin (named "CAP_VDD*") on the processor. A capacitor must be connected to each of these LDO output pins. For guidance on the capacitor selection and connection, see the Power Supply section in the Signal Descriptions chapter of the device-specific data sheet.
