7.2 AutoExposure

Analyzes VISS H3A output and computes sensor exposure time and analog gain to ensure correctly exposed images. The computed parameters are sent to:

  • Sensor driver – Translates to sensor register values for configuring the sensor over I2C.
  • OpenVX VISS node – uses the information to pick the right photospace for plugins like NSF4 and EE.
